Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is in its original condition (unplanted and with original packaging when possible)
- The item shows no signs of damage caused by improper handling after delivery
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: Due to their perishable nature, flowering bulbs cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. All bulb sales are final once planted.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Request Authorization
Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 2: Package Your Return
Once you receive your RMA number:
- Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is received
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item or incorrect product
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund without requiring you to return the item in most cases
International Returns
For customers outside France:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as « Returned Goods » to avoid additional customs charges
